"The Machin and Cajamarca volcano: multi-scalar protection against a fiery cloud"
Cajamarca is a town located on the slopes of a volcano. When the volcano erupts, it releases lava flows and fiery clouds that affect the city. The project consists first of all in demolishing places of fragility, then in organizing a multi-scalar defense to facilitate evacuation around mobility axes. It provides for the development of an inhabited rampart around the city and a district built around a square and a market.
