"A new urban figure within 70 years: +100 000 inhabitants"
Between Lake Vänern and the coastal city of Göteborg, large areas are home to the rivers that flow from the lake and are augmented by springtime ice melt events. Around a ring-shaped macro-city composed of cores linked by a major rail infrastructure, this project aims to accommodate 100,000 inhabitants. Alongside this well-paced hydrographic network, what would be an appropriate way to accommodate life and a new urban system for future climate refugees?
