"Ivry Confluence + 5 °"
The confluence between the Seine and the Marne offers a particular landscape at the entrance to Paris. Paris and its suburbs are very artificial. The absence (or the small part) of vegetation and water leads to the creation of a significant heat island. During floods, water appears to be problematic. How to think about a project which must compose between a water which is sometimes dangerous, sometimes rare?
