"The canyon: a landscape subject to landslides"
La Paz is located on the mountainside and at a very high altitude. This geography subjects it to recurring landslides which permanently mark the urban structure. The project plans to reveal traces of previous flows in the form of three protective infrastructures which, by strengthening the limits of the flows, mitigate their impact. It also offers public facilities and a lookout platform as a means of organizing an evacuation. It promotes the emergence of a new landscape that takes into account the effects of landslides in the canyon.
